Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund & Return policy
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies:
CANCEL ORDER
Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After that, your order will be automatically sent to the warehouse to pack and ship out. A management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
We would appreciate it if you could please tell me the reason for cancellation. It will help us so much to improve our products and services.
ORDER MODIFICATION
If you realized that you have made a mistake when filling shipping information or purchasing, simply e-mail us within 24 hours through our support email support@ontariocorps.com. Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is damaged, defective or in wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of order.
Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please contact our support team via our email support@ontariocorps.com for more information. Please send us the images of your package you received with the shipping label showing the incorrect/defective/damaged part.
Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again/ your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
